Lamb’s quarter, also known as goosefoot, is a hardy leafy green with a delightful nutty flavor.  Leaves can be eaten raw, cooked, or dried.  All manner of livestock love it, too!  It’s easy to grow and tolerates a wide variety of soil conditions. The seeds of Lamb’s Quarter are edible and are also known as “Wild Quinoa”.  The plants are naturally upright and can grow over 3 feet tall, with a branching, bushing growth habit.

Our Lamb’s Quarter seed has an average germination time of 20-30 days and germination rate of 80%+.
